Senior engineering teams for EU enterprise — productive in ~2 weeks
HipTech staffs vetted senior engineers into enterprise programmes across the EU and DACH. EU legal entities, CET time zone, zero lock-in.
Enterprise delivery can't wait for enterprise hiring
Hiring drag
4–6 months to hire one senior engineer internally — while the programme deadline doesn't move.
Scaling risk
Roadmaps need teams to grow and shrink; permanent headcount and rigid vendor contracts can't follow.
Niche skill gaps
SAP, Adobe Commerce and ML expertise is scarce locally — and a mis-hire in these stacks costs a release cycle.
Our answer: pre-vetted senior engineers, productive in ~2 weeks, scaled up or down at zero notice.

Pass vendor onboarding without friction
The questions partners and procurement ask first
What notice terms apply?
Scale-down is possible from day 0 with no penalties or lock-in. Contract notice terms are set per your policy in the MSA.
How does the replacement guarantee work?
If an engineer leaves or underperforms, we propose a replacement within two weeks — and the new engineer's first two weeks, onboarding and knowledge handover included, are free of charge.
Who owns the IP, and where does the code live?
Full IP transfer to the client. Code and data stay exclusively in client infrastructure by default. NDAs are signed before any project details are shared.
Can you work through our MSP / VMS setup?
Yes. White-label CVs and contractual non-solicitation of end clients are standard, and we integrate into your MSP/VMS environment on request.
How do rates and invoicing work?
Time & materials, all-inclusive hourly rates — delivery manager, replacement guarantee and equipment included. Monthly EUR invoicing; team rates apply from 3 FTE. Full rate card on request.
What's your policy on AI-assisted development?
Engineers use AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) where the client's policy allows it — client-approved tools only, configured so that code and data never leave client-controlled environments. If your policy prohibits AI tooling, we work without it.
What time zone and language do engineers work in?
CET, with full overlap with EU teams. All engineers work in English, with CEFR levels stated in every CV; German-speaking engineers on request.
Sourcing partner or MSP?
Contractual non-solicitation of your end clients, white-label CVs within 24h, fluent in MSP/VMS setups.
